Water Access Rwanda is hiring a Customer Care Intern to work primarily as a Call Center Representative. The intern will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, documenting interactions in CRM software, and recommending additional services. This role requires strong customer service and computer skills, with an opportunity to grow into a future sales manager role.
Bachelor's Degree obtained or in progress (preferred)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Proactive and task-driven mindset
Quick and accurate typing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
No prior experience required, but must demonstrate ability to learn quickly and handle customer calls professionally
Training will be provided
Trilingual (any three of: Kinyarwanda, English, French, Swahili)
Sales interest or ambition to grow into sales management
Previous customer service experience (advantageous but not required)
This is an internship (non-salaried)
Monthly facilitation of RWF 125,000 for transport and basic needs
