The Rwanda Recruitment Specialist will support One Acre Fund's global hiring efforts by managing candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth recruitment operations, and maintaining a strong candidate experience. This is an ideal role for a professional with a passion for people, data, and improving recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and source 8–12 candidate pipelines across multiple roles

• Screen applications and coordinate the candidate selection process

• Maintain and analyze data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Communicate with candidates, providing a high-quality experience

• Lead and implement process improvements using recruitment data

Requirements

Education

• A degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar field

• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication in English

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working with diverse teams and candidates

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to analyze recruitment data and suggest improvements

Good to Have (Preferred but Not Required)

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Experience in global or multicultural recruitment environments
