The Rwanda Recruitment Specialist will support One Acre Fund's global hiring efforts by managing candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth recruitment operations, and maintaining a strong candidate experience. This is an ideal role for a professional with a passion for people, data, and improving recruitment processes.
Manage and source 8–12 candidate pipelines across multiple roles
Screen applications and coordinate the candidate selection process
Maintain and analyze data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Communicate with candidates, providing a high-quality experience
Lead and implement process improvements using recruitment data
A degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar field
Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with diverse teams and candidates
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to analyze recruitment data and suggest improvements
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience in global or multicultural recruitment environments
Passion for mission-driven or non-profit organizations
Regular check-ins, mentorship, and feedback
