Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:

    • Identify and engage potential clients in sectors like hospitality, real estate, tourism, education, and government.

    • Qualify leads, schedule demos, follow up to close deals.

    • Assist with quotations, proposals, and presentations.

    • Manage CRM data and track sales progress.

  • Marketing:

    • Manage content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

    • Support digital campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email marketing).

    • Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.

  • Growth & Partnerships:

    • Research new opportunities like grants, tenders, partnerships, events.

    • Support partner communications.

    • Suggest ideas for bundles, discounts, and campaigns.

    • Monitor market trends and competitors.


Requirements:

  • Interest or experience in sales, marketing, or digital media; experience in real estate, hotels, or tech is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda; French is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads independently.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Trello) is a plus.

  • Passion for technology and immersive experiences (VR/3D).
