Kabisa is a Rwanda‑based electric mobility company building East Africa’s EV ecosystem. They operate in vehicle sales and leasing, EV maintenance services, public charging infrastructure deployment and operation, and EV import and sales channels
Promote and sell electric vehicles through direct sales and networking.
Understand customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality.
Collaborate on sales strategies, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Submit sales reports via CRM and ensure compliance with sales procedures.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Rwanda’s NGO sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or agriculture is a plus.
At least 2 years in sales is good to have (optional).
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license.
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transport.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
