About the Role:
The Senior Account Executive will lead relationships and delivery across a portfolio of government and enterprise clients using Irembo’s digital service solutions. The role spans client relationship management, commercial strategy, delivery oversight, and internal coordination. The candidate must be commercially driven, strategically sharp, and able to build trust with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of institutional clients using IremboHub
Own and deepen relationships with executive-level stakeholders
Define and implement commercial strategies for client accounts
Oversee delivery, onboarding, renewals, and lifecycle management
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, analysts, leadership)
Track and report on revenue, risk, and opportunity metrics
Position Irembo’s modular digital service solutions effectively
Required Qualifications:
