Lead and coordinate the on-site engineering supervision team
Liaise with stakeholders, engineering team, and employer's representative
Manage contractual matters, contractor claims, and payments
Supervise construction works, review contractor submissions and designs
Ensure progress, quality control, and documentation
Promote continuous improvement in project execution
Support additional duties as project needs evolve
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Water Supply Engineering
Minimum 12 years general experience in engineering
At least 8 years experience as a Team Leader in water infrastructure projects
Must have led at least 2 similar projects of comparable size and complexity
Strong leadership and coordination capabilities
Solid experience in contract management and construction supervision
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively
Familiarity with reviewing technical documents and assessing contractor performance
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and stakeholder environments
Experience working on international development or donor-funded infrastructure projects
Prior work experience in Africa or emerging markets
Familiarity with project management and engineering tools
