About the Role

Kabisa is hiring a Country Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications in Rwanda. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Managing Director, overseeing brand awareness, lead generation, social media, events, media, and partnerships. This is a strategic and hands-on role with wide responsibilities during a critical growth period.

Experience Needed

• 5+ years in brand marketing, communications, or growth marketing

• Experience in East Africa's startup or automotive/EV industry is a strong plus

• Proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns and events

• Strong background in content creation, media relations, and social media management

• Skilled in writing creative briefs and customer-centric campaigns

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Slack, Canva, Figma, AirTable, Google Suite

• Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and blogging

• Previous experience in EVs, clean energy, or transportation tech

Education Needed

• No specific degree mentioned, but a relevant background in marketing, communications, or related fields is implied
