About the Role:

This role involves leading the setup and operations of an EV (Electric Vehicle) garage. You’ll manage everything from designing the garage layout, recruiting and training the team, overseeing EV conversions and repairs, to ensuring high safety and quality standards.

Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in operations management.

• Preferably experienced in electric vehicle technology, EV conversions, and maintenance.

• Leadership and team management experience.

• Familiarity with high-voltage systems and safety protocols.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with hybrid/electric vehicle systems including battery management and power electronics.

• Familiarity with EV regulations.

• Knowledge of local languages.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical understanding of EVs.

• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Fluent in English.
