The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for creating a memorable and seamless stay for guests. This role involves assisting with check-ins/check-outs, addressing guest requests, completing operational tasks, and providing local recommendations. It is a hands-on, guest-facing role focused on service excellence.
Guide guests through their stay by offering support and information.
Handle check-in, check-out, and other operational tasks.
Address and resolve guest requests and concerns.
Promote a professional image through proper uniform and communication.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Lift/carry items up to 10 lbs and remain active (standing, walking) for extended periods.
Minimum: High school diploma or G.E.D.
