EarthEnable is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Intern to join its construction team in Rwanda. The intern will assist in planning, budgeting, material procurement, and construction progress tracking. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about sustainable construction and eager to learn in a fast-growing, impact-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support quantity surveyor in budgeting, budget tracking, and procurement
Track labor productivity to inform future project budgets
Assist in creating project documentation and updates
Monitor construction progress and report to project managers
Help resolve technical issues and implement design changes
Support budgeting of construction mock-ups
Job Requirements:
Education:
A0 or A1 in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Experience:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Hands-on construction experience or internships are beneficial
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
Familiarity with Revit and Autodesk Takeoff is a plus
