EarthEnable is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Intern to join its construction team in Rwanda. The intern will assist in planning, budgeting, material procurement, and construction progress tracking. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about sustainable construction and eager to learn in a fast-growing, impact-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support quantity surveyor in budgeting, budget tracking, and procurement

• Track labor productivity to inform future project budgets

• Assist in creating project documentation and updates

• Monitor construction progress and report to project managers

• Help resolve technical issues and implement design changes

• Support budgeting of construction mock-ups

Job Requirements:

Education:

• A0 or A1 in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Hands-on construction experience or internships are beneficial

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)

• Familiarity with Revit and Autodesk Takeoff is a plus

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism

• Software skills in Revit and Autodesk Takeoff
