The company is hiring two (2) Sales and Marketing Managers to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and exceptional customer experiences. One role is Sales-Heavy, focused on INUMA™ minigrid (affordable piped water); the other focuses on amazi.rw and UHIRA (higher cost, lower volume). Key responsibilities include maximizing sales team performance, managing CRM systems, driving revenue, enforcing collection strategies, leading customer engagement, and enhancing customer support operations.
BA/BSc or Advanced diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (or strong relevant experience that can convince the company).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English, Swahili, and French for customer interactions.
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales dynamics.
Ability to use data analytics for customer insights and decision-making.
Familiarity with CRM systems and modern customer engagement tools.
Proven experience managing sales teams across a wide and diverse customer base.
Sales-Heavy Role: Experience selling FMCG or low-cost, high-volume products in various regions.
Other Role: Experience with marketing campaigns and capturing niche market share.
Experience with debt recovery and income collection strategies.
Experience developing and mentoring teams, including script development, performance management, etc.
Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze customer data to optimize sales and customer retention.
Track record of boosting revenue, improving customer loyalty, and leading strategic campaigns.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a “Closer” attitude.
Ability to handle HR duties related to the sales team.
Passion and excitement for company mission and products.
Experience evaluating and integrating next-gen CRM or tech tools.
Field experience in customer satisfaction evaluation.
Understanding of scale vs. growth and strategies to achieve both.
