Job Requirements Overview:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Core Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients and partners
Conduct sales calls, demos, and negotiations
Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
Track industry trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy and deliverables

Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English (French is a plus)
