Sinc is hiring a Software Project Manager on a full-time, 6-month contract with a possibility of extension. The role is remote with occasional in-person meetings at Norrsken, and the expected start date is as soon as possible. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, priorities, and deliver high-quality features using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile practices

• Manage project timelines and priorities

• Perform product testing to ensure quality

• Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or GitHub Issues

• Work closely with designers and engineers to deliver new features

• Communicate with clients and support research activities

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project manager in software or tech-related environments

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Ability to use project management tools (JIRA, Trello, GitHub Issues)

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred

Experience:

• Mid-level experience in a similar role

• Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams

Good to Have:

• Background in UI/UX, frontend, or mobile projects

• Previous startup or tech company experience

• Familiarity with event management or SaaS products
