EF Corporate Learning is hiring Student Advisors (SAs) to support the delivery of online upskilling programs in Rwanda. The role focuses on administrative and operational support, learner engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of educational programs. It’s suited for organized, client-focused individuals who are passionate about education and making an impact in Rwanda.
Job Requirements:
Provide face-to-face and phone support to learners
Monitor and enhance learner engagement and community
Manage operational tasks related to program delivery
Contribute to continuous learner progress
Work with limited supervision while staying productive and resourceful
Education:
Undergraduate degree is preferred (not mandatory)
Experience:
Experience in a client-facing role such as tele-sales, hospitality, or tourism is desired
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel)
Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English is required
Skills in data analysis and visualization are a strong plus
